I wonder if anyone is able to help me with an 1851 Liverpool census look up. Some time ago I found the birth location for my 2x g grandmother but I can not now substantiate this as I foolishly did not make a note of the source. I suspect that it may have been from the 1851 census when she was living in Liverpool. The family comprised:- William Dickson, 40, labourer Mary, 39, John, 14, scholar George 12, sawmill marker William, 10, scholar Janet, 8, scholar They were all born in Scotland and I have recorded Mary's birth as being at Crawford in South Lanarkshire.
