Can anyone spare the time to do a look up for WILLIAM CROPPER in the 1871 census . William would be aged about 15 and living in the Everton district of Liverpool. He should be with his father EDWARD aged approx 49 years of age. I don't have much more info but any help would be appreciated. Kind regards Syl - UK
