I remember going on the overhead railway as a child and also being petrified of the train that ran under it but at ground level presumably going to the docks. My other G/Mother Mary Killgallon b.in 1861 Liverpool. I have her father named as Patrick Killgallon b.Ireland [How do we search the Irish records?] in her marriage/cert. I found this on 1881 Census; CENSUS PLACE: GARSTON,Lancashire.England. Patrick Killgallon 58 b.IRELAND Mary Killgallon 48 b. IRELAND James " 22 b. Woolton,Lancs.England. John " 18 b. " " " Sarah " 11 b. " " " RG11 3719 / 75 PAGE 8 dwelling 54 Vulcan Street, Mary had married in Jan. 1881...so I cant be sure that this is her family...
