His age at time of marriage 20 yr's old. He was named after his father Charles Stuart Bell. Martha Disley lived at 61 Gordon Street, no occupation. She was 20 yr's old when married. Her parents were Richard Miles Henry Disley and Bridget Chapman from Liverpool.
