Hi John It's my understanding (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong) that the Merseyside Maritime Museum in Liverpool has holdings for the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board and according to an information sheet on their site: _http://www.liverpoolmuseums.org.uk/maritime/_ (http://www.liverpoolmuseums.org.uk/maritime/) 'In all, there are some 540 large volumes held as part of the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board archive at the Maritime Archives & Library, Merseyside Maritime Museum.
