Hooray for the Lancs freebmd!!! I was foolish enough to over look the marriage of James BURNETT to Mary HOWARD while searching the GRO on line. I looked at the wrong Mary and thought their refs didn't match! They are now on the Lancs freebmd site with a correct ref, so I can now send for the long lost certificate. Checking GRO again I find the right Mary was there all along - doh! Just thought I would show you how easy it is to overlook the obvious!
