Gay, I saw that one, but the wife's name is Elizabeth...every record I have found mentioning her has always been just plain Elizabeth. This is the first breakthrough clue I have and am sitting here wishing I had access to parish records right now. FamilySearch.org and LancashireBMD doesn't show a marriage between a James Barton and Holley either. Now I would jump on the Barton/Jolley marriage if I had seen her listed as Ann anywhere.
