Hello David Not an answer to your question, but I thought you may be interested to know that my Mum worked as a maid for Joseph Corbett-Lowe and his sisters Kathleen and Monica at 45 Canning Street in the early 1930s. The family had lived at no. 91 - they were a big family and Joseph and his sisters moved to 45, maybe when their parents died. Joseph worked at the Cotton Exchange.
