Charlie, I would assume it was at 3 Overton Street Edge Hill. You can check the directories for yourself at http://www.historicaldirectories.org/hd/ It was rather a drag looking for 'Hand' as a keyword, because it picked up every mention of the word - so I got second hand clothes and books as well as anyone called Hand!
