I have no idea if there is a death register for the Liverpool Workhouse Infirmary, I live in Souht Africa and although I have visited the UK several times to do research the Mulligan information has only recently been received. I suspected that Mary Emily ORMANDY and Mary Emily MULLIGAN were one and the same, however, no marriage has been found for Michael and Mary Emily MULLIGAN. I guess the next step would be to find a death for Mary Emily ORMANDY which so far has eluded me!
