Hi Nancy The two references you have are for the General Register Office in Southport and the local Liverpool Register Office neither of which you can access without purchasing the certificate(s). They are probably the same couple and both certificates should be identical as the local register office forwards a copy of each registration to the GRO each quarter. If you do wish to purchase a copy then I would suggest you order it from the GRO as Liverpool are many weeks behind. Another possibility is to see if someone can do a look up for the marriage in the church records. These may be at the Liverpool Records Office.
