Hi List I have just put my family history cd into my dvd drive and there is no device recognised. On trying to diagnose the problem I got this message: Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19) Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available. Nothing comes up and my drive is still not available. Any clues would help as the cd has various data on it I need to retreive. Regards Mike Hayes
