    3. Both my Grandfathers served in WW1 and My Father and Mother in WW2. Dad in the Army Mum an Air-raid nurse. My Dad's Father Died 13 Days after WW1 ended in a Military Hospital in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Aged 36yrs - William Arthur Fitzpatrick 1882 - 1918, he left 4 sons and a Daughter, (he never saw his Twins My Dad and His Sister). My Mum's Father survived WW1 and became a Liverpool Bobby, Emigrated to Australia and Died here After my Grandmother did. I have all Medals from all three Men. My oldest Grandson wore them in the Anzac day Parade in the Next of kin section; I followed and Videoed it all, afterwards we sat with the old Military personal and had a cup of Tea. A very proud day, he had asked me could he do it, he is now a Father in his own right and produced a Daughter that became a fifth living generation in June. Ron Fitzpatrick.
