Hi Folks Has anyone ordered a Will only to find out upon receiving it, that only one child was mentioned within the will even though there were other living children at the time? I'm just curious. Thank you Eleanor

Children were quite often left out of a Will if they were already otherwise provided for - maybe a daughter had married and was now well provided for by her husband, or been given a sufficient "dowry" in lieu of a bequest; or maybe a child had already been set up in the family trade. Don't forget good old family feuds!
