A repeat of a query from a few years ago: Annie Lester was born at Bootle in 1880. Annie was the daughter of John Lester, a butcher of New Brighton and his wife, Mary Agnes Estrigge nee Westhead. Mary died in 1883 and John in 1884 at the Walton workhouse. Annie then appears to have been taken in by her aunt, Mary Chadwick nee Spark. The last record I have of Annie is the 1911 census when she is described as a waitress and living with relatives in Seacombe. I am interested in what happened to Annie after 1911. Does anyone know anything of her? David
