Message from my cousin. Hi again Audrey -- I knew your friends would come up with some good information! I am 99% sure it's the Liverpool school. I have many of his papers including an obituary-like document that gives details of his career. I will try and get a scan of it sent from home or else do it myself at Christmas. I also have a silvered watch back (unfortunately not the watch itself) which says something like "To Mr Cook from the Boys of Marlborough College" Best, Sam Will send his email address to those who have contributed information.
