Hi Marian Thank you for this. I still haven't received a personal copy of the DELAMORE/PENKETH/HUNTINGTON post I sent to the list twenty-two and a half hours ago - nor (to my knowledge) has list admin Marged. Hardly surprising, therefore, that I have yet to see a response to my post (which I know would be of interest to several members), either on the Merseyside list or in the Merseyside list archives? Family History is difficult enough as it is, without the obstacles that RootsWeb place in our way. :-) Regards Gordon From: "Marian Foster" <marianfoster@mypostoffice.co.uk> To: <eng-merseyside@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, November 13, 2010 4:36 PM Subject: Re: [ENG-MERSEYSIDE] Test >Dear Gordon, I received your message at about 4.30 this am, Marian > From: "Gordon Evans" <gordon.w.evans@btinternet.com> > To: <eng-merseyside@rootsweb.com> > Sent: Saturday, November 13, 2010 8:18 AM > Subject: [ENG-MERSEYSIDE] Test > >Just testing. >I sent a message to the list at 10:40pm yesterday (subject >DELAMORE/PENKETH/HUNTINGTON) which features in the >archives but a copy of which hasn't as yet found its way to my in-tray. >Wondered if anyone else is experiencing this problem? >Gordon
Hi Gordon just arrived at 23.31 I would think they link to my tree so will look tomorrow Pam "Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a good looking and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, shouting - Wow! What a ride!" -----Original Message----- From: eng-merseyside-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:eng-merseyside-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Gordon Evans Sent: 13 November 2010 9:30 PM To: eng-merseyside@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [ENG-MERSEYSIDE] Test Hi Marian Thank you for this.
