Hello list, particularly Gordon, I'll need to keep this a bit short for now, as my own PC is not loading Windows properly, and I can't get on the I'net with it. This one I'm using is my Good ladies " Pack of Cards " and is Steam powered, it takes forever to do anything. Gordon, I get your mails OK but just can't get to answer them as quick as I should or would like, the main reason is because of what I was told at a Hospital Consultation last Wednesday, not really very good news, more later. Hugh WILLIAMS was born at 109, MANN ST. as plain Hugh, Hugh I was told by an Artist I was talking to in Llandudno in March 2009, who knew the family, that when he got himself established, he changed his signature and name to Warren Williams, but didn't know where the Warren actually came from. I'll have to leave it there for now, (this has taken about 40 mins to do), but, I should very much appreciate a copy of your new Info:-Thanks for all you've done up to now, absolutely great, write more later. Hi Walter So sorry to hear of your on-going problems, both health-wise and pc-related. :-( My 'new info' basically comprises twelve attachments concerning the family of Liverpool-born artist Hugh (Warren)'s uncle Henry WILLIAMS (b1829 Holyhead) who emigrated to Pennsylvania USA in 1873, but also includes details of Hugh (Warren)'s ancestry, commencing with a marriage in Holyhead on 19 November 1738. The attachments would probably be too much for your wife's steam-powered 'pack of cards' to cope with, so will send piece-meal off-list. Best wishes Gordon From: "Walter Jones" <alsrecs@btopenworld.com> To: <eng-merseyside@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, October 13, 2010 11:43 PM Subject: Re: [ENG-MERSEYSIDE] Hugh (Warren) WILLIAMS (b1860 Liverpool) Hello list, particularly Gordon, I'll need to keep this a bit short for now, as my own PC is not loading Windows properly, and I can't get on the I'net with it.
