Hi Ron If its outgoing passenger lists from the UK you are looking for then the link below gives information. http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/catalogue/RdLeaflet.asp?sLeafletID=106&j=1 Lists from 1890 to 1960 are on Findmypast, there might be a few earlier than that at The National Archives in London but it seems not many have survived.
