Hi Angelika, Thanks for the lookups. I've been pondering subscribing to Find My Past after my ancestry subscription runs out (march). I've tried them on a free search during the World Cup (thanks Pam) and like them. I have Jane Parr HANCOCK's baptism as well as her sis Margaret and am getting more curious about their mom so most likely will go the GRO route to make sure. I'd be a little cautious about the Isabella STOCKS, Eleanor. This is the detail on FreeBMD Marriages Jun 1893 (>99%) Craddock Clara Derby 7b 912 Hancock Thomas Draycott Basford 7b 912 Meakin Charles William Derby 7b 912 Middleton Henry Derby 7b 912 Stocks Isabella Derby 7b 912 I looked at the image for the Thomas Draycott HANCOCK, and I think the entry is indeed Basford but I think the page number has been mistranscribed, it looks like 312 to me. That would suggest that Isabella STOCKS married Charles MEAKIN or Henry MIDDLETON. There is a marriage of a Thomas DRAYCOTT in Chesterfield in the same year/quarter, but from FreeBMD it looks as though he married either Catherine PAGE or Ellen Dearden SWINDLE. Good luck!
