By 'hug' I'm assuming you mena 'hub'. If its a hub thats packed in and I'm assuming you've a USB modem, plug the modem straight into the computer and bypass the hub. Has anybody recently put an enquiry through the Liverpool cemeteries office? I spoke to them originally about 2 months ago, left all the grave/section numbers with name/address and phone number and they said they'd get back to me. I didn't hear anything so phoned them up last week. Again left all the details and again nothing. They're very helpful on the phone but nobody ever rings back.
