I looked a bit more on and a marriage between a Michael McDonnell & Annie Shaw took place in 1918 Prestwich Registrar Attended Stephen McDonnell died in 1936, born 1919 Chorlton Reg District aged 17mothers maiden name Shaw Other names that may sound familiar all with parents with McDonnell/Shaw connection Mary born 1920 Chorlton Reg District Thomas 1921 Chorlton Reg District Eileen 1924Chorlton Reg District There's an Annie McDonnell, aged 40 ( born 1892)who was buried in a large grave, with lots of others , no family members 19/11/1932Annie McDonnellPhilips Park CemeteryG Roman Catholic 981 If Michael T's son Thomas died in 1915, he may of named his son to Annie , Thomas, in memory of his dead son, I have found this to be the case in the past with some of my ancestors.
