    3. I would not consider this Lomas store as Lomas Building. There are many buildings with names in the Manchester area. But this store on Oldham street has always been filled with shops. I have been in C&A many times and the other stores on Oldham street. I did see the burial records in Ardwick for the children and one mentioning Lomas Buildings. In the same area running from the east side of London road station was a Lomas Street in 1844 . Lomas also had a Lomas Court at its east end section. But this was 1844. We need more clues but it does make me think based on the church location that Lomas Buildings might have been in this Ardwick area.
