Hi – I am new to this list and I live in Hamilton Ontario Canada. I am researching several families in the Manchester area – SALE, WHITE, MACK and GREEN. At the moment I am interested in finding out how to find electoral roles in Manchester circa 1944-1945. I have been given a letter written by a young London girl who was sent to Manchester during the war. It was sent from 11 CURZON STREET in the VICTORIA PARK are of Manchester. I am trying to find out who she stayed with, as she mentions my aunt in the letter but I am not positive that it was my aunt she was staying with. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Anne
