Please would SKS with access to the 1841 Census of Manchester check to see if these buildings existed then? I have the Stepping Stones 1841 CDs but when I tried to use them yesterday they threw my computer into a right hissy fit and I was then stuck for ages before it would calm down! Hence my appeal to the list. If HOLMES Buildings can't be found in Hulme, then please would you try HULMES Buildings, Hulme? If nothing turns up I'm going to assume that the registrar made an error in the cemetery records and I shall leave it at that... Many thanks Ruth
