Hello I accessed the site referred to below yesterday and found several ancestors. I therefore registered, purchased some credits, received an appropriate receipt by e-mail but so far I have not received any credits in my account. I have verified with my bank that the payment has been charged to my credit card account. Has any list member experienced a similar problem, and if so who do I contact to get it resolved. Hi Richard I had the same problem yesterday, it must be a glitch in the system, email Dominic Lunn <d.lunn@manchester.gov.uk> with a copy of your receipt and he'll sort it out for you, he's a lovely man and very helpful.
