Hi List, new to this list and looking for Gervase and James Wrench. I know Gervase married in Manchester Catherdral in1851 to Sarah Armstrong and was in various census and directories as a baker/provision merchant/shopkeeper ect. My question is does anyone know if he was of the same family as James Wrench of Manchester. Also described as baker/shopkeeper etc. on census and directory. Gervase Wrench born Cheshire 1811/12 James Wrench born Manchester? 1806 What I really am trying to find is the father of James wife Mary Bevington born Stoke area 1806. I have tried every approach I can think of and am now clutching at straws !!!
