Hi David Many thanks for this info, I will follow it up. It sort of fits with a family story that the OLIVE family first went to Canada, but found it too cold and came to Australia. Just to say a big thankyou to all those who have mailed me off list with suggestions on how to find Mike. I've now found him "Alive and Kicking" - (his words!) He's as helpful as ever! Pat W
