Hi It basically means please don't issue unless the parents are shown as ....(and enter the names if you are sure). This way you will only receive the certificate *IF *the correct father is known. You can also enter anything in this section as qualifying information that you feel would single out your person so you don't get sent a wrong certificate. This would happen anyway regardless of you adding such as the above but the only drawback to ordering via the GRO online is you till get charged an admin. fee of £3.50. But at least this way you do get a copy of the original and not one written out by a staff member today. Hope this helps.
