There was a Wheatsheaf pub in Lloyd street, Hulme in 1920. It was about half way down the street on the west side. Lloyd street ran south from between Chester road and City road. Would I be right in thinking that Lloyd Street no longer exists and was cleared to make way for the tower blocks of the 1960's?
