Hi everybody. It's a long time since I did any family history in the Manchester area but have found my way back. I tried to find my GG Grandfather, George Hunter HORROCKS on the 1851 & 1861 census with no luck so in the end I gave up and went down another branch. In the last month more information has turned up about the family so my question is : Is there a way of someone who lives in the South of England to look at the records of St Cross Church, Clayton? Or would I have to make a trip to the Manchester Local Studies Library? Can you buy fiches or is there anything online? Thank you for taking the time to read this, I really appreciate it ~ best wishes Vanda www.horrockshunter.blogspot.com __________________________________________________________ Free games for a wet weekend - http://www.tiscali.co.uk/play __________________________________________________________
