Hello Kathryn, all the streets you mentioned are in Chorlton on Medlock. But they are not close together. I will send you the four map sections dated around 1894. Park street is confusing. I located this in Chorlton on Medlock and another Park street in Ardwick green a couple of streets nrth of Ogilvie. The confusion is that there is either a building or part of this area named Chorlton on Medlock. You can see for yourself on the map. Did you try and do a Google search re Tootle in Manchester? I'm looking for good resolution map images that include the following areas, near where Piccadilly Station is now. I have fuzzy hard copy printouts that I got from a quick visit to the Manchester Central Library a few weeks ago, but they are very hard to read. Many of these address were within blocks of each other, but I believe they have all been torn down. My ancestors lived there in the mid to late 1800s. I would also love to find any images of this area around that time. I've search randomly through the local images collection online, but I'm not very familiar with the geography, so I don't know what to search for other than the street names below. Clemson's Buildings 26-27 Tame St. Newton's Buildings/Martin Street 35 Ancoats Hollow 7 Bailey Street 23 Nield St. 9-15 Station St. Thanks for any help, Kathryn C.
