Hi Judith, I have found the MONKs in 1861 at 5 Leigh Street, Openshaw - John 43 Brickmaker born Wigan Lancashire, Elizabeth 38 Cotton Weaver born Manchester Lancashire, Thomas Henry 17 Manchester, William 14 Manchester, Sarah Ann 13 Manchester, John 9 Openshaw Lancashire, James 5 Openshaw, Elizabeth Jane 2 Openshaw Emily MONKS is with Samuel and Elizabeth HIBBERT in 1881 born Openshaw Lancashire.
