I have a birth certificate for George WILSON b. 3 March 1891, Union Workhouse, Salford. His mother is shown as Annie Wilson, a Laundress (Public Laundry) of 23 High Holborn Terrace, Broughton. Is it possible to find out who was living at this address in the 1891 census, using the Ancestry records. TIA Kathleen Wilson
In 1891 there was an Annie Wilson at 2 Arm St, Broughton, Salford, Boarder, Widow, age 36, Laundress, born London - RG12/3212 143 35. I could not find an Annie Wilson at High Holborn Terrace. Perhaps someone else will find her at that address? Godd Luck!
