It is in District 28 St George and is is New Blackley Street There is amodern day Blackley New Road If you go to the description on the census it say "All that Part of No2 Police District in the Town of Manchester comprising the south side of Ashley Lane opposite St Michaels Church Yard Hall and the North side of New Blakeley Street" Not sure if I have read this all correctly.
