I am posting the Surname of Gildroy or Gilderoy. My Great Grandfather's name was James, who was born in Newcastle, Northumberland, England. He met my Great Grandmother, Elizabeth Jane Watts from Coleford, Glocestershire, England, when he was sinking mines in the Forest of Dean.
