I am trying to find the place of birth of a Thomas Hollett born around the late 1700 early 1800. I believe he came from somewhere in Devon. possibly Dartmouth.He fathered a son named HENRY born in Newfoundland in aprox. 1832/1837. Henry was married in Plymouth in 1863 and Thomas was present at the wedding. Both were recorded as being mariners merchant. Henry moved to Wales with his family before 1881 but I have no info of what happened to Thomas. Anyone able to help? many thanks Buddug Hollett.
