Can anyone help with the location ( other than it was in Fazakerley!)  with LOWER HOUSE FARM Faz. in 1919 please?  I have a marriage cert of John Sharples GREENBANK to Margaret QUINLAN with what appears  to be Lower House Farm --it may be Lawn House Farm.  They were not at this address in 1911.   Thanks in anticipation,    Barbara in Liverpool

Hi Barabra, Below taken from Gore's Directory Liverpool and Suburbs 1911. Wood Mrs Ruth Farmer "LowerHouse Farm" Stainton Robt "LowerHouse Lodge" West Derby Cemetery. I can send you image of this page off list if you would like me to. I'm thinking the farm may of been where the Jewish Cemetery is now http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2479128 which is next to West Derby Cemetery. There is a Lodge just in side the gates of West Derby Cemetery, my Mum is buried in the Cemetery and I pass the Lodge, but have never thought to look at the name of the Lodge. Regards.
