    3. What you get on FMP is a digitised version of the GRO indices, not the actual register entries. So basically the information you already have, plus volume and page number so you can quote them when you order the certs. It would be nice if the registers themselves were digitised somewhere, sometime, but to my knowledge it hasn't happened yet. You still have to order the certs, unless you can find the info on Online Parish Clerk (which I sometimes have, depeding on the diligence of the clerics involved!)
