Hi, im not looking for anyone alive regarding this family, but what I am looking for is the exact date of her death which took place in Liverpool in the March Qtr of 1977. She is one of my aunts, the sister of my father and I know where she married, her birth date etc but I can for the life of me find a date, exact date, that is day month and year just for my records. I dont think its worth spending £10 by sending for a certificate just to find the date, and im wondering if any of her family are interested in their family history and might just have her as a mother or grandmother. She married Edgar Swann also of Liverpool in Wandsworth London in 1929 and he was a book keeper by profession moving around the country for work, So i dont think im breaking any rules, at least i hope im not in just asking for a date of her death, maybe a son or daughter or grand children might recognize he same and could come up with a date for me. I dont need to know any names of anybody. Thanks and hope that someone reckons the name in their family. TED LUNT.

Hi Ted Have you tried the local papers for a funeral/death notice? Also the local cemeteries where she may have been buried. Probate indexes if they are that recent? Sometimes they include date of death.
