Thank you for your response. My friends g-grandfather was Isaac Madill born 1856-57 in Ontario. We have nn records about him until the 1861 census when he was 5 years old and living with a family named Thomas Bell. We are trying to find out the name of his [parents, whether they were married and the town that he was born in. Thanks again.
