Hi All I have just found my grandfather, John William PRESCOTT on a crew list. It shows him signing for the crew of the Empress of Britain on 26 Dec 1907 in Liverpool. Under the column headed "Ship in Which He Last Served" it says "Jas Brand". If anyone on the list knows of a ship or barge by the name "Jas Brand" or "James Brand" would you please provide me with any details. TIA Vern Prescott
