My great grandfather, John Henry Cors (or perhaps Johann Heinrich Kors?) was interned at Knockaloe on IoM, but he died at a German convalescent home - Libury Hall in Hertfordshire, in 1916, leaving 12 Children all born in Liverpool! In case you don't know the International Red Cross have recently made the index cards of Prisoners of the First World War available (military and civilian).
