Dear Listers,  As A child living in the area of Aigburth between Aigburth Road and North Sudley Road - 1950's -we regularly had a lone Scottish Piper who walked (at least) along N.Sudley Road. Has anyone any memory of this? Any explanation? Happy New Year, Sandra.
