Would someone look at a couple of records for me and confirm what I think I see. With Ancestry I found the burial record of Francis Wiatt and Francis Wiat. Same person, two different records. He (age 51) was buried in 1801 in Liverpool. My question is: Looking at the actual records - I can’t make out exactly what it says - but it looks like he died on 28 July 1801 and was buried on 29 July. Francis Wiat is record # 124 – Middle left Francis Wiatt is record # 125 – Top left Does anyone else agree ? And both say Kirkdale. Is that a place – On the record for Francis Wiatt it looks like the column is "where he was from" ? Thank you, William Wiatt
William, I have looked at burial, you have it correct, died 28 July, buried 29 July. Kirkdale is a district in Liverpool, if you Google Kirkdale Liverpool, you find information on it. Regards. Jean.
