A few years ago I called to All Saints Childwall with some friends from Canada who were doing family history. The Church was closed, but the Sexton was in the churchyard working. He was in a position to open the church, and with the information given to him was able to go straight to the burial registers and direct us straight to the grave, which we never would have found without his help. I feel you would get good assistance from this Church, even if you were not lucky enough to go "on speck" and meet the Sexton in the churchyard.
