Hello all, I need help with a Liverpool street location.  GRO birth certificate of 1889 list 'where born' as 16 St. Stephen St. and then something circled next to the street name that I cannot read.  Their previous address was 31 Clayton St. sub-district of Islington.  Is St. Stephen St. closer to the docks?   The father was a ship painter, journeyman.  Thank you.
