-I Have done the cat & fiddle we did lots of bike rideing at weekends or holiday time Sylvia Canada hi john, me too 1948/1953 used to be in the Mercury, had a Jim Soens Bike, they used to be in Tuebrook on the corner of July or August Road, I cant remember which. I used to go through the Mersey Tunnel didnt cost anything on a bike and met up with other riders on the other side, first stop was the cyclist cafe at two mills, not far from Queensferry, the up the cat and fiddle i think it was and down through the Clwyd Valley down in Ruthin, then home via Llangothen across the moors, and im still ridding today, age 75, doing 15 miles a day, much slower of course, but still trying to keep fit.
