I've noticed a fair number of mistakes in transcription, so your folks might be there but wrongly indexed. Maybe if you try "creative" searching you might find them. Searching by first name, date of birth, and place of birth has turned up some of my guys. For example, in the 1901 census O'Rourke shows up as Okonski, which makes regular searching a bit fruitless.
