Hi all I joined this list a couple of weeks ago, and I'd like to ask a general question - hope you don't mind. What area is this list meant to cover? Just Liverpool itself - or outlying areas as well? By "outlying areas" I mean villages that have become more like suburbs over the years - place like Huyton. I don't want to annoy people by posting about areas that aren't deemed part of Liverpool. I am researching my husband's family tree - most of his ancestors came from Liverpool or Wigan or rural areas in between. Names we are researching include Roberts, Ashcroft, Taylor, Henderson, Green and Lunt. Angelika
